The Eye Behind the Lens
I believe every photograph tells a story waiting to be discovered.
For over thirty years, I've been chasing that story — across portrait sittings and editorial sets, along quiet coastlines and forests, in darkened theatres, and on assignment from high above the clouds to deep underground. What started as a fascination with light and gesture has become a practice that moves freely between genres: intimate portraits, editorial fashion, landscape and nature work, theatre photography and commercial commissions.
The throughline has stayed the same — an interest in the moment, the expression, and light that slips through in that decisive split second. My work has appeared in editorial publications and been collected privately by clients who share that same instinct: that a photograph is worth keeping only if it tells a story.
Based in Helsinki, I'm currently available for portrait, editorial, and commercial work — in the studio or on location.
